Our appraisal, buying and selling jewelry services are intended for adults. Users agree to provide truthful information about the pieces presented and to comply with current regulations on precious metals trading.

• Do not present items of illicit origin or counterfeits
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the platform or analysis equipment

To use certain features of our platform, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All content on the Meraki Joyería platform —including designs, collection photographs, logos and texts— is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

Users are responsible for any images, descriptions and other content they share through our platform, whether for requesting appraisals or for any other purpose.

Meraki Joyería may work with external gemological laboratories, financial institutions and courier services. We are not responsible for the operation of these third-party services.

Appraisals provided by Meraki Joyería are estimates based on the market value of the day. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for subsequent variations in precious metal prices or for indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Meraki Joyería harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the service or from the presentation of items of illicit origin.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if fraudulent use is detected, stolen items are presented, or any violation of these terms occurs.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Meraki Joyería operates.
